By accessing or using PROJAH ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

PROJAH is operated by PROJAH Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PROJAH Ltd.

PROJAH provides a comprehensive business planning platform that includes:

• Collaboration and project management tools

3.1 Account Creation

To use PROJAH, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this service. By using PROJAH, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4.1 Subscription Plans

PROJAH offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All prices are displayed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal payments.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights

6.1 Platform Ownership

All rights, title, and interest in the PROJAH platform, including software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by PROJAH Ltd. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

6.2 User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or submit to the platform ("User Content"). By using PROJAH, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the service.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features is provided for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute AI-generated content for your business purposes. However, we cannot guarantee the uniqueness or accuracy of AI-generated content.

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By using PROJAH, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

PROJAH may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, AI providers, company registries, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services of third parties.

9.1 Service Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9.2 No Professional Advice

PROJAH provides tools and resources for business planning but does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice related to your circumstances.

9.3 Business Outcomes

We do not guarantee that using PROJAH will result in funding, endorsements, visa approvals, or business success. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PROJAH Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content
• Any AI-generated content or recommendations

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
